Service Description

Reiki I - Shoden The first degree of Reiki is an introduction to Reiki energy, the history of Reiki, and the 7 main chakras. You will receive four attunements to align you to the energy of Reiki and enable you to channel Reiki. With a Reiki I attunement, you can self-heal and provide energy healing for friends and family. Some people question if distant attunements are as effective as in-person attunements and the answer is yes. Reiki energy transcends all space and time. Before your session, I will perform the attunement as if you were here in person and create a Reiki Chi Ball to hold and carry your attunement until it is time for you to call it in to receive. Once you call in your Reiki Chi Ball to receive your attunement, you are attuned to the energy of Reiki for life. Note, this is a small group setting. Only 4 spots are available per class.
